About This Role
Wifaq School seeks a creative Visual Learning Specialist to revolutionize how we teach values, concepts, and stories through illustrated, animated, and interactive content. This role combines educational expertise with AI-assisted content creation to produce professional, website-publishable materials for classroom use and public access via wifaqschool.com.
You will transform traditional lessons into engaging visual narratives — turning abstract concepts into stories children experience through illustrations, animations, and gamified interactions.
Why This Role Matters: In Afghan education, visual and interactive learning materials are virtually nonexistent. You'll be pioneering an entirely new approach — creating a library of original, culturally grounded visual content that no school in Afghanistan has attempted at this scale.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation
- Develop 2–3 illustrated story-based lessons weekly for character education and core subjects
- Create interactive HTML/web artifacts for deployment on wifaqschool.com
- Generate professional-grade images, animations, and audio narrations using AI tools
- Produce bilingual (English/Dari) learning materials
- Ensure all content meets publication standards: professional design, mobile-responsive, culturally appropriate

Teacher Training
- Conduct bi-weekly workshops training WS teachers in visual storytelling pedagogy
- Build teacher capacity in AI-assisted content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, etc.)
- Develop prompt libraries, templates, and quick-reference guides for teacher self-production
- Provide ongoing coaching and technical support to teaching staff
🎯 Goal: All WS teachers independently creating basic visual materials within 3 months

Technical Implementation
- Manage content workflow: creation → review → hosting on wifaqschool.com
- Coordinate with IT/admin for website integration
- Maintain visual style guide consistent with WS branding and educational philosophy
- Troubleshoot technical issues for classroom deployment

- Ensure cultural and Islamic appropriateness of all visual content
- Maintain consistency with WS's 4D educational framework
- Track student engagement metrics and iterate based on feedback
- Document best practices and workflows
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 2 years creating educational content for children (ages 4–12)
Languages
- Fluent in English and Dari (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to produce bilingual educational materials
Core Skills
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT/Claude, image generators, etc.)
- Visual Design: Strong sense of design, typography, and child-appropriate aesthetics
- Web Skills: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge; ability to create interactive web content
- Cultural Competency: Deep understanding of Afghan and Islamic educational values
Preferred — Not Required, But Advantageous
Teaching experience in Afghan context, familiarity with Islamic pedagogical traditions, knowledge of gamification in education, experience with LMS platforms, JavaScript/React for advanced interactivity, video editing and animation skills, photography or illustration background.

- مهارت در ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی برای تولید محتوا
- حس قوی طراحی و زیباییشناسی مناسب اطفال
- دانش اساسی HTML/CSS و توانایی ساخت محتوای تعاملی
